Ingredients
Chicken Marinade
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1b boneless chicken tenders, cut into strips
Couscous
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked couscous
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Sargento® Off the Block 4 Cheese Mexican
Toppings
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, cut into strips
- 1 cup Sargento® Off the Block 4 Cheese Mexican
- optional toppings: fresh cilantro, sour cream, avocado, salsa
