Cherry-Walnut Almond Flour Cookies

Ingredients: (Makes 12 cookies)
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup dried cherries
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until batter is blended evenly.
Roll batter into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake cookies for approximately 12-15 minutes.
Remove cookies from baking sheet and allow to cool on wire rack.
Eat and enjoy!
